Refunds are available only after 30 days of subscription service. A minimum one (1) month subscription fee will be applied to all accounts. All refunds will be processed on a pro rata monthly basis. In order to obtain a refund, you must provide your correct e-mail address and/or mailing address to Knobias. Knobias will not be liable for any claims of non-receipt of a refund that was a result of an incorrect email address and/or mailing address provided by you to Knobias.
